SHIPPING POLICY
I use Royal Mail 24 Tracked and 48 Tracked, you can make your selection at checkout. Delivery is to addresses within the UK only.
My main posting days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Fabric and ready made orders will be posted out within 3 days of receipt of order.
For Made to Order, orders please allow 3-4 weeks before dispatch. Although, where possible I will do my best to produce them quicker.
Postage charges:
You can choose between 48 and 24 Tracked Royal Mail at checkout.
48 Tracked Royal Mail - £3.25 per order
24 Tracked Royal Mail - £4.25 per order
Orders over £60 will receive free 48 Tracked Royal Mail delivery.
There is also the option for free local collection of your order from Durkadale Road, Twatt, Orkney.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I am almost certain that you will love your products, however,
If you find the goods are faulty, incorrect or that you have made an error I will exchange or refund but you must notify us within 7 days.
For fabric orders, fabric must be in original selling condition (not cut, not washed, not damaged).
Clothing/bunting must not show signs of wear, be washed or damaged.
Return postage is at Buyer’s charge unless goods are found faulty. I would suggest that you send your return with proof of postage as I cannot be responsible in the case that it is lost in transit.
Once the goods have been returned in as-new condition at your own cost I will process the refund minus any shipping costs associated with the order. Refunds will be made via original payment means.
